There's nothing quite like settling down with a horror movie, a pile of treats, and a comfy robe to keep you cosy. I've grown a little tired of the tricks by now, so I'll happily take the treats instead. I don't usually wear a robe unless it's particularly cold outside, but sometimes the vibe is just right. And this Pokémon Center Gengar sleeping robe might be enough to turn me into a full-time robe believer. Conveniently, it's arrived at the perfect time of year.
Of course, a sleeping robe is suitable for any season, including summer, if you're brave enough to wear an extra layer when it's roasting outside. Be my guest; it's your comfort. But Gengar is a Ghost-type Pokémon, making it a perfect fit for the spookiest time of year. Put that mischievous little menace on a purple robe, and you've got my attention, even if it is admittedly a little expensive.

Particularly useful if, like me, you're starting to feel your age. It has a subtle Gengar pattern, a badge featuring the Ghost-type Pokémon on the chest, and a self-tie belt to keep everything snug while you settle in for the evening. And, honestly, what other colour would a Gengar robe possibly be?
It's not exclusively a Halloween product, but it currently sits in the Halloween section of the Pokémon Center website, so I'm counting it. Besides, when wouldn't be a good time to pick up a Gengar sleeping robe? The only acceptable answer is "any time", which is also my answer. I'm also eyeing up the Pumpkin Gengar String Lights, because my Halloween decorations aren't nearly Poké-fied enough yet.
