The Palworld TCG is almost here, months after its initial reveal, and as the debut expansion is almost out in the wild, it has the huge job of setting up the future of the card game. If you’re intrigued by the new trading card game, grabbing a Palworld Dawn of Palpagos booster box is certainly worth it, and here’s where to buy it.
The Palworld Official Card Game officially begins later this month, with Dawn of Palpagos (the first Palworld TCG set) launching on 30th July, 2026. The product lineup is fairly simple, with just a booster box and four Trial Decks to buy.

Unlike major TCGs, Palworld is currently fairly niche, meaning that stock is mostly available in hobbyist shops and smaller retailers. It’s worth checking around yourself, including at any local card shops, for the best deals. At time of publication, Zatu Games and Game Nerdz have it at the cheapest price for the UK and US, respectively, but stock and pricing could change around launch.
Is it worth buying a Palworld Dawn of Palpagos booster box?
As it has yet to release, and we have no previous Palworld sets to base it on, buying a booster box of this new TCG is exciting. Every booster box comes with 12 packs, each filled with seven cards.
Like many other TCGs, if you’re looking to chase the highest Palworld rarities, buying a booster box is the best option. It gives you plenty of packs to rip open and collect cards, giving you opportunities to potentially get the Super Special Parallel cards - Dawn of Palpagos’ top-tier chases. Alternatively, if you’re simply looking to play the game, buying the various Trial Decks may be a better option.
Like many other collectors, we’re going in blind for this first set. The Palworld TCG is currently untested waters, but the look at the SSP and SP cards gives me hope it can land well. I’m excited to get the Jormuntide Ignis SSP, if I’m lucky enough.
It’s also fairly cheap compared to other booster boxes in the TCG market. While it does come with fewer packs, the barrier of entry is a lot lower - Lorcana and Pokémon TCG boxes are around £120 and £150, respectively. If you don’t like the Palworld TCG, at least you’re only ~£50 down compared to almost triple that. However, the smaller box size means collectors chasing a complete set may still need multiple boxes or singles.
